In addition to this you can seek support from us too. We provide support through Support Portal, email and telephone. We can provide training to your users at your office also.

Q. How many users can use the SugarCRM at a time?
A.  SugarCRM Community hosted on our Amazon Server supports unlimited users. However the default number of users is 10. Additional number of users can be enabled on payment of small additional fees.

A.  Amazon Cloud Servers are one of the most secure servers in the world. We have provisioned a daily backup service that can be restored on request, free of charge.
