Job Responsibilities
- To work with SugarCRM and other Open Source Applications like Joomla, Wordpress etc.
- To look after customization / feature / module development in SugarCRM.
- To look after issues related to FTP, Hosting, Servers etc.
- To provide technical support / assistance to clients
Desired Qualification & Skills:
- Science Graduate with Minimum 50% marks - 10th class onwards
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in working on SugarCRM OS / CE / Pro / Ent. Versions
- Significant experience of integrating SugarCRM with other applications
- Strong Database Skills (MySQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL)

Manager - Hosting Sales [Job Code: BDM - Hosting]
Job Responsibilities
- To develop and implement the business plan and achieve targeted profitability.
- To keep abreast of latest market developments and to package existing as well as new products / services
- Design, develop, execute and monitor marketing / sales promotion campaigns
- Undertake CRM initiatives to retain and grow the existing client base. Build business relationships through networking, cold calling and leads generation program. Direct and Indirect lead generation.
- To look after the design, development and maintenance of the website. To develop marketing collateral like web content, brochures and newsletters
- Identify, Appoint and manage Business Partners.
- Identify opportunities, propose solutions to Customers in consultations with the technical/operational teams
- Should have excellent Communications and Presentation skills.
- Exceed Sales Targets on an on-going basis
Educational Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Linux & Windows Server configurations, Server Security, Server upgrades and Backup / Restores.
- To optimally use all technical resources viz. server space, memory and processing power to ensure best network & server performance.
- To ensure complete technical support via email tickets system, online chat or telephone calls
Educational Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- Additional diploma in Server Management would be preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience of working in a hosting company of repute and remotely managing 10+ Hosting Servers (Linux & Windows)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
- To look after the online sales activities related to our Hosting, Domain and Email services
- to respond to inbound email / telephonic sales inquiries
- send proposals based on enquiry details and close the sale
- to provide level 1(very basic / general) technical support to clients
- responsible for sales targets
Educational Qualification & other Requirements:
- Should be Graduate with minimum 50% marks - 10th class onwards
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually as well as in teams
- Self motivated with a zeal to achieve sales targets
- Candidates from BPO industry and from companies with IT enabled sales environments would be preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience is desirable. Freshers are also welcome and would be hired as Sales Trainees.
